That's funny, we have very similar artstyles.
But your heads seem a bit weird, maybe it's the hair covering a side of the face who gives the illusion that it is deformed or you just draw them like that.
Maybe adding more folds would be cool for the character on the middle because her outfit seems really heavy and thick, folds makes clothes look more soft light, clothing without folds or just a bit are usually heavy and thick, like leather or something like that.
Maybe the shading is a bit too soft, darker may be cool.

But that's just what i think, please don't hate me.
